This Saturday, August 31st, starting at 2.30 pm, curator Juliana Gontijo will be at Portas Vilaseca for a public talk about the exhibition ‘Do céu e da pedra’ [ Dreaming Dashes ], Ana Hupe‘s new solo show.
Featuring around 40 works spread across the gallery’s three floors, the exhibition addresses themes such as immanence and transcendence, the mystique of forms, extractive violence, and revolutionary movements. These reflections are presented through serigraphs, fabrics, embroideries, found objects, and photograms arranged in an immersive, installation-based setup.
