Arthur Palhano and Íris Helena take part in the group show “MUAMBA: Brazilian traces of movement”, which will open on Thursday (29) at the Ruby Cruel space, in London (UK).
Part of the parallel program of Frieze London‘s 20th edition, the show is curated by Lucas Albuquerque and brings together 28 Brazilian artists featuring works that present the country as a complex tangle of signs in transit.
Arthur Palhano presents his oil and enamel painting “Columbia Bolas de Boliche Ltda” [ Columbia Bowling Balls Ltda ], and Íris Helena “Fachadas Trepidantes” [Trembling Facades ], Íris Helena’s most recent work, taken from her iconic series “Ruins”. ✨
