Rafael Pagatini draws on printmaking, photography and installation to investigate the relations between art, memory and politics. His research starts from the problematization of the memory related to the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship (1964-1985) in the present, displaying the relations between the decadence of the project of economic modernization and the processes of social exclusion in contemporary times.
