Represented by Portas Vilaseca Galeria, artists Julia Debasse and Raquel Nava participate in the exhibition Aglomeração Antonio Henrique Amaral, which is at the moment in the process of presenting all works virtually until it takes place at Tomie Ohtake Institute, in São Paulo. One of the proposals of the show, curated by Paulo Miyada, is to establish a dialogue between the production on paper (printmaking, drawings and studies) by artist Antonio Henrique Amaral (1935-2015) with selected works by a new generation of contemporary artists. With an expressive and suggestive poetics, mixing personal and collective feelings, Amaral’s works achieve a new perspective and power in this reunion with the public, revealing a symbolic affinity with our current moment.
