Kicking off this following Wednesday (1st June) at Complexo do Pacaembu and Praça Charles Miller, in São Paulo, the 1st. edition of ArPa art fair, which brings together more than 40 Brazilian galleries with different profiles and from different regions in the country. In order to prioritize the contemplative experience of art and create a more intimate atmosphere with collectors, ArPa has invited four curators – Ana Beatriz Almeida, Carollina Lauriano, Catarina Duncan and José Esparza Chong Cuy – to coordinate the different sectors and programs of the fair, taking into account the experience of each professional and also the search for a decentralized aspect.
Portas Vilaseca Galeria takes part of Arpa’s main sector with solo project “Black Stars“, which presents Mulambö’s most recent production. The artist from Saquarema (Rio de Janeiro) has developed a new set of works that deal with the stories and mythologies of a fictional football team called Estrela Negra FC.
Come along and visit us in booth B-12 from June 1 to 5!
