We are delighted to announce the commercial representation of the artist MULAMBÖ, who lives and works in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The artist, who is 24 years old, is building a career of great interest to the recent Brazilian art context.
MULAMBÖ’s works are based on inner forces, as well as on a diverse cosmo-vision, both emerging from the peripheral areas of the state of Rio de Janeiro. In his practice, the artist uses everyday materials – cardboard, bricks, wood and tires – in order to shorten distances between spaces and relations.
MULAMBÖ’s works are part of Museu de Arte do Rio – MAR collection, among many other important private collections in Brazil and abroad.
