A Danish artist who has been living in Brazil for over 30 years, she works with painting, sculpture, printmaking, and video. In her research and practice, Wolthers explores the relationship between color and form, creating a movement between abstraction and representation. Her creations rely on visual balance and express more of a suggestion than a figurative definition, blending imagination and reality, experience and rationality.
