Arriving today in our virtual library another publication by one of our artists! Take a look at “A Casa-Matilha e o Corpo-Palafita” (“The House-Pack and the Stilt-Body”),  a critical-poetic essay in a zine-paper format edited especially for the exhibition “Displacements”, first solo show by artist Mano Penalva, which took place at the Hermes Space, in São Paulo, in 2015. With a text by Tarcisio Almeida featuring the participation of researcher Gabriela Sefarty, the publication highlights the mingled condition of the artist’s body with the landscape; life and art in accord with the sculptural gesture of making, surrounded by the uncertainty of events.
