Congratulations to the 25 artists selected for the 2nd Small Format Art Salon of MABRI – Museum of Art of Britânia/GO. Portas Vilaseca Galeria has three of its represented artists among the participants in this edition: Mulambö (RJ), Íris Helena (DF) and Ismael Monticelli (RS). 1991 artists from all over the country have applied for this show. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the salon will be held on a virtual platform, using a 3D model, scheduled to open on September 10. The city of Britânia, located in the northwest of the state of Goiás, is considered the smallest city in Brazil (in population density) to have a museum. MABRI was opened in 2009 and it has already more than 200 works in its collection, which can be seen on the city hall’s website: www.britania.go.gov.br
